Join a small group of other like-hearted givers in the Baton Rouge area for the inaugural For the BTR giving group. Here’s what to expect:

  1. First meeting of 10-15 givers - anonymously share your capacity/intended gift and discuss the impact you want to
    make on our community.

  2. Brokaw Philanthropy will communicate the amount of the collective gift and arrange pitches from area organizations to address the challenges the group wants to solve.

  3. The giving group reflects on these pitches and chooses a giving strategy, potentially choosing to make one large gift to an organization to scale impact.

  4. This decision is announced and celebrated at a dinner honoring the organization(s) selected. Giving group members make their gifts directly to the organization.
